The Stop Nestle Waters Community Site Launched

This is the first post of what will become many.

At StopNestleWaters.org, our goal is to become an online community dedicated to making Nestle Waters behave like the good corporate citizen they claim to be.

We see a group of individuals sharing information, experiences, victories and effective tactics – a group of people who believe water is a public trust, and that watersheds and local economies must be protected from predatory multinationals with little concern for either.

We invite you to join in. That’s why we built StopNestleWaters.org.

Hearty congratulations and many thanks, Tom. It’s hard to boycott Nestle completely (a**holes seem to own just about everything that isn’t owned by Microsoft), even harder for an individual near-boycott to have any effect. Let’s hope hordes of fed-up folk join in the fight here.

Lou: Good to have you here. I’m reasonably sure hordes of fed-up folk already exist; it’s a matter of making the connections between them.

Richard: at least we know pretty much where you stand re: Nestle… 8-)

Soon as I’m back home, I’m scouring the budget for a trip to Bali – for article “research” purposes..
